Why It’s on Our Radar
We find a lot of value in the mix of business and travel benefits that come with the Business Platinum Card.
One we’ve personally gotten a lot of use out of is the Dell Technologies credit — because apparently business expenses can also include buying a DJI gimbal for shooting content. 😂 I’m definitely not mad about that one.
We also really like the hotel statement credit for eligible prepaid Fine Hotels + Resorts® bookings. Since travel is such a big part of what we do, that’s another benefit that can fit naturally into expenses we were already planning.
And that’s really how we look at a card with this many benefits. We’re not trying to use every single one just because it’s there — we look at the ones that actually fit our business and the way we already spend.

With an annual fee this high, we think it’s important to consider which benefits you’ll actually use, rather than simply adding up the value of every available credit.
